'e-Receipts'

Circulation Services now offers 'e-Receipts' at checkout to borrowers with a valid email address.   Patrons can elect to receive an email receipt instead of or in addition to a paper due date receipt when checking out material.  Just tell the staff at the Circulation desk your preference.  The electronic version is very easy to read and a great way to help you manage  your account.

As the holiday season approaches many people take library material along on vacation.  This reminder about renewing is meant to help  you avoid overdue fines or worse, being blocked from accessing your account.  Many of our items allow two renewals, but new Audio books, 7-day loans, no hold DVDs, certain other collections and material on hold for another patron will not renew.  After you try to renew your selections, review the new due dates and return items that didn't renew on time to avoid late charges.  Always renew before you accumulate $10 or more in fines.  Accounts are blocked at $10 preventing online or phone renewals.

Due date reminders, hold notices, e-Receipts and overdue notices are just some of the ways you can manage your library account.  Stop by the Circulation desk and be sure we have your correct email address.
